Original painting in acrylic at Chapel Point Cornwall  by Cornish artist Michelle Davies.  This is the original and no copies have been made. Dimensions are 24”x 31” Canvas depth 4cm

As featured in House & Garden Magazine

Michelle has spent virtually her whole life in the arts from a very early age In parallel to this Michelle has always loved to write and has produced an extensive catalogue of work which includes published material both in the UK and America.
Michelle started to use photography to capture both landscape and marine images which she could use to create her paintings from. This worked so successfully that she ended up opening her own photographic gallery in Polperro, Cornwall as a business, and a successful one to boot.
Nowadays Michelle is embellishing all of her skills and experience to produce some stunning paintings of the Cornish coastline creating a strong demand from both locals and visitors alike.
Taking her influence from her close connections with the sea, her Father being a marine engineer and fisherman, she spent most of her childhood on or around boats, spending many a weekend sea fishing with her Father and Grandfather. This passion has stayed with her and is reflected in many of her published pieces of written work and is clear in her vibrant paintings.
